Perry Tech does not offer on-campus housing, but students may apply for housing in the dorm at Yakima Valley Community College, located 1.5 miles from the Perry campus. Yakima Transit provides bus service throughout the city and surrounding areas. Bus stops are located in front of the Perry campus on Washington Avenue.
